With over 10 years of experience across sectors including consultancy, financial services, call centres, manufacturing, product-based businesseoptimising CRM and ERP systems, improving processes, and enhancings, and coaching companies, I help teams untangle complex workflows and build the systems they need to grow.

My core focus is on CRM and ERP system optimisation, process improvement, and improving the full client journey, often by integrating systems, creating automations, and building workflows from scratch.
